About

Meet Tamara

I grew up wandering the fields and forests of rural Wisconsin, where the Earth was my first teacher. In those unsupervised hours under open skies, I began a lifelong conversation with nature—a dialogue I would one day return to more consciously.

In 1995, I stepped into the healing arts through massage therapy, not knowing it would become the threshold to a much deeper path. I trained in South Dakota, where the stillness and sacredness of the land stripped away distraction and invited me to remember. That land initiated me.

Since then, my path has been one of remembering and reclaiming—of coming home to myself through the body, the breath, and the spirit. My journey took me west to Montana, where I’ve practiced and taught massage, and where my spiritual work deepened through Reiki, hypnotherapy, McKay Method of energy healing, and years of study in Celtic, Lakota, and Peruvian shamanic traditions.

I’ve walked many paths—through the realms of somatics, craniosacral therapy, sound and vibrational healing, plant medicine, ritual, yoga, and ceremony—all in service of listening more closely to the wisdom that lives within.

Each session I offer is a weaving of experience, presence, and intuition—an invitation to drop beneath the surface and return to what is innately whole within you. We do not force healing; we create the conditions where it can naturally arise.

When I work with another human being, we connect with our multidimensional natures. I feel strongly that healing can happen within when we bring our consciousness together inside the body. Every session is co-created. I allow your body to bring to the table what it wants help with or what wants to come into alignment during the session. This type of work creates a container for healing to happen from the inside out rather than outside in.

There are various modalities that I have studied over the last 30 years as a practitioner of the healing arts. As you can see in the list below, I have tried to take trainings in the Mind/Emotional realms, the Body realms, and Energy/Spiritual realms to be able to access our multidimensional natures.

Some of the trainings and techniques I use include:

  • Somatic Bodywork
  • Hakomi
  • Cranial Sacral Therapy
  • Energy Healing
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Herbalism & Aromatherapy
  • Breath Work
  • Vibrational & Sound Healing
  • Shamanic Practices
  • Ceremony & Ritual
  • Mindfulness and Meditation
  • Yoga

I am encouraged each day, with every step we take, that the journey deeper into our selves continues to bring more awareness and joy within and into our walk on this great planet we call home.
