We will also gain a depth of connection between our own mind-body & spirit through experiential exercises that will deeper our embodiment & integration.
2. Energy Anatomy & Energy Healing Techniques: learn about our energetic anatomy, how are energy system is layered and how it generally works. Learn various energy healing techniques to be able to assist the balancing of the body’s energy systems and promote healing.
3. Personal Healing Modalities: Training in various healing modalities such as Breath-work, visualization, and mindfulness techniques. Learn how to use sacred symbols.
